Kunín (until 1947 Kunvald German: Kunewald) is a municipality and village in the Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has around 1,800 inhabitants.
The first written mention of Kunvald is from 1382. Kunín was called Kunvald till 1947 when renamed, so that it is often improperly associated with Kunvald in the Pardubice Region.
Kyjovice is a village in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. As of 2017, the population was 825. The first written mention of the village was in 1430.
