Horní Maršov (German: Marschendorf) is a village and municipality in Trutnov District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic, located in the northern part of the country, close to the border with Poland.
The historic Baroque Horní Maršov Castle [cs] is located in the village.
During the German occupation of Czechoslovakia (World War II), the Germans established and operated the E584 forced labour subcamp of the Stalag VIII-B/344 prisoner-of-war camp in the village
