Mitsuri Kanroji (甘かん露ろ寺じ 蜜みつ璃り Kanroji Mitsuri?) is a major supporting character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and the Love Hashira (恋こい柱ばしら Koi Bashira?). Mitsuri is a young curvaceous woman with fair skin and round, light green eyes with long eyelashes, a small mole beneath each of them. She has long, pink hair that fades into a neon green color at the halfway point, which she wears in three thick braids with five shorter clumps hanging over her face as bangs. When she was trying to get married, her hair was dyed black in an attempt to make herself look more "normal." Mitsuri wears a modified purple tinted version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform along with a plain white haori that was gifted to her by Kyojuro Rengoku.[4] The chest area of her uniform is left unbuttoned and she wears a short skirt in place of the usual hakama pants. Additionally, she wears a pair of navy blue thigh-high socks layered with the striped lime-green socks Obanai Iguro gave to her and a pair of white zōri with pink straps. While at the Swordsmith Village, Mitsuri wore a kimono with floral designs. During her and the other remaining Hashira's fight against Muzan, Mitsuri's left and back braids are cut off by Muzan Kibutsuji's attacks, now shortened to shoulder length, and part of her left ear is also torn at the side.[5] Mitsuri also loses both of her arms in the process of ripping out Muzan's left arm clean off.

Aoi Kanzaki (神かん崎ざき アオイ Kanzaki Aoi?) is a Demon Slayer, although she works as a helper at the Butterfly Mansion rather than taking to the front lines. Aoi has deep blue eyes that fade to a lighter blue at the bottom, along with white rectangular pupils, straight black hair with a parted fringe, and twin-tails. She wears two blue butterfly clips to keep her twin-tails in place. Aoi wears the standard Demon Slayer uniform with the addition of a white nurse dress on top of it. Her uniform is tinted slightly blue. She is often seen with a frown. As Aoi trained Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, she is very tough on them and often pushes them to their limits. She has a firm personality, unlike her colleagues at the Butterfly Mansion. Aoi's personality is somewhat similar to that of the young Shinobu Kocho, volatile and open. She often appears angry, generally displaying how she feels very clearly. However, she does occasionally express more tender emotions such as declaring her enjoyment of the time spent with the trio when they were at the Mansion,[3] looking openly surprised at Tanjiro's reassurance towards her,[4] and bursting into tears when discussing Inosuke's serious injuries.[5] Despite her somewhat gruff demeanor, she is internally kind and caring, doing her best to help the hunters that come to the Mansion.
