Rocket's earliest memories were of being an experiment on Halfworld. He was in a relationship with Lylla, but while they two were escaping from the science lab that made them, Lylla tragically died, leaving her wrist computert as the only reminder of her to Rocket. Aardwolf was the leader of the Hyena Clan when they set out to steal from the Wakandan Reservoir. When they teleported in the were met by the students of Future Foundation who were on vacation at the time. Aardwolf spotted Dragon Man hiding near by and opened fire. The young heroes banded together and were able to use the teleporter to send them direct to Central Wakanda were they were met by the Black Panther and a large group of Dora Milaje.
