Which is better, standing or sitting all day?
Is standing
What seems easy and surprising is that you stand all day long. I don't notice much when I'm doing housework, when I'm busy with work or school, but when I suddenly get tired. In particular, some people experience swelling and pain due to strain on the soles, legs, and lower back. When you get tired, your center of gravity becomes biased and your posture gets worse, and your shoulders and head start to hurt, and you just want to sit down no matter where you are. People who often stand all day will dream of a job that they can sit down.

Sitting
It's great to be able to sit all day long! ... but not at all. It feels good and calm to sit down because sometimes I get up to pick up things or get up to move. The story is different when it comes to sitting all day long. First of all, my hips start to hurt. Then, after the lower back begins to hurt and the legs begin to swell, they will begin to struggle with the urge to start running. You have to try and error your posture to relieve pain and discomfort, but your inner posture also gets worse and your back begins to get stressed. For those who are not good at staying still, sitting all the time is like torture.
