Dracule Mihawk VS Issho
Dracule Mihawk
Dracule "Hawk Eyes" Mihawk[12] is a world-famous pirate who holds the title of "Strongest Swordsman in the World".[6] He was one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the first revealed and formally introduced, until the group's dissolution.[2][3] His place of residence is Kuraigana Island,[4] on which he served during the two-year timeskip as Roronoa Zoro's master in his swordsmanship training.[13][14] Mihawk can be considered a supporting antagonist of the Baratie Arc and one of the major antagonists in the Marineford Arc, where he took part in the Summit War of Marineford on the side of the Marines, along with most of the other Warlords of the Sea. Mihawk is a tall lean man with black hair, a short beard, mustache and sideburns that point upwards. His nickname comes from his strangely colored red eyes (yellow in the anime), which resemble a hawk's eyes. He wears black and red ornate clothing with a crucifix pendant that hides a little dagger, which gives him the appearance of a Spanish swordsman. His attire consists of a wide-brimmed black hat decorated with a large plume, and a long, open black coat with no shirt underneath, with red, flower-patterned sleeves and collar. He wears white (light purple in the anime) pants held up by a decorated belt and tucked inside overly large boots in comparison to his leg size.

Issho
Issho, better known by his alias Fujitora, is an admiral in the Marines.[3] He was conscripted through a World Military Draft during the two-year timeskip, and was appointed to his rank (next to Ryokugyu) to fill the two admiral vacancies caused by Aokiji's resignation and Akainu's promotion.[7] Fujitora is an exponent of Moral Justice, like his predecessor Aokiji, and extremely vocal in his opposition of the Absolute Justice dogma.[3] His disgust with the world's corruption and evil is such that he intentionally blinded himself many years ago so as to avoid ever seeing it again.[8] He particularly held strong disdain for the system of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, which he longed to disestablish,[9] and after learning first-hand about the atrocities committed by the Warlord Donquixote Doflamingo in Dressrosa, Fujitora not only formally apologized to King Riku and his citizenry on behalf of the Marines, but did so for the world to see, thus infuriating Sakazuki and risking his admiral position.[10][11] Nonetheless, Fujitora saw his wish fulfilled for the Seven Warlord system's dissolution following the latest Levely.[12][13] Fujitora was first mentioned by Akainu when the latter was first discussing plans to deal with Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law.[2] His following mission and actions on Dressrosa made him the first admiral to physically appear post-timeskip and the secondary antagonist of the Dressrosa Arc.
