ABBI JACOBSON
Abbi Jacobson (born February 1, 1984) is an American comedian, writer, actress, illustrator and producer. She co-created and co-starred in the Comedy Central series Broad City with Ilana Glazer, based on the web series of the same name. Jacobson is the daughter of Susan Komm, an artist, and Alan Jacobson, a graphic designer. She is Jewish. She was raised in Wayne, Pennsylvania, where she attended Valley Forge Middle School and Conestoga High School. She studied fine arts and video production at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where she studied stand-up comedy for one year with poet Jeremy Sigler with a brief period of studying acting at Emerson College. Jacobson graduated in 2006 from MICA with a B.F.A. in General Fine Arts. Jacobson moved to New York City after graduating from MICA. She began taking classes with the Atlantic Theater Company and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where she met Ilana Glazer. From 2009 to 2011, Jacobson and Glazer wrote and performed in a web series titled Broad City, which focused on their lives in New York. The series was nominated for an ECNY Award for Best Web Series. It was well received by critics and developed a cult following. At the Upright Citizens Brigade, Jacobson and Glazer adapted the series into a live show that they performed in, called Broad City Live. In 2011, cable network FX, working with Amy Poehler as the producer, purchased a script commitment for the series from Glazer and Jacobson. However, the network did not approve the script and decided not to proceed with development. Glazer and Jacobson then approached Comedy Central, who agreed to purchase the script from FX and order a pilot.

Syed Javed Ahmed Jaffrey (born 4 December 1963) is an Indian film actor, dancer, and comedian. He has appeared in several Bollywood films and Indian television shows. He is son of the comedian Jagdeep. He joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in March, 2014 and contested the 2014 Indian general election from the Lucknow constituency, finishing fifth. Javed Jaffrey is the son of comedian Jagdeep. He dubbed Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Don Karnage in Hindi for Disney and scripted the Hindi version of Disney's Jungle Book 2 and Pixar The Incredibles as well as voicing the antagonist. His played Charlie Anna in the animated film Roadside Romeo, a collaborative effort of Yash Raj Films and Disney. He has commentated on the Japanese TV show Takeshi's Castle and Ninja Warrior on Pogo TV and Hungama respectively. He was also the judge for Karaoke World Championships India, with Manasi Scott, music director Raju Singh, Salim Merchant, Sulaiman Merchant, founder and organizer of KWC INDIA, Savio Paul D'sa, Leslie Lewis, Remo Fernandes, and Sunita Rao. Jaffrey has hosted award shows including Filmfare, Zee Cine Awards, and IIFA. He has also appeared in the Pakistani programme Loose Talk, portraying various characters from India. He has been associated with advertising since 1980 as a model, choreographer, copywriter, producer and director. He has appeared in the comical Maggi Hot & Sweet Sauce commercials for 25 years. Jaffrey hosts Big Googly on BIG 92.7FM created with Paritosh Painter. He also hosts Once More, where he talks about Bollywood films from the 1970s to the 1990s in his comic style, on Epic channel since 2015.
