Leigh Izaak Francis (born 30 April 1973) is an English comedian, actor, writer, director, and producer. He is best known for creating Channel 4's Bo' Selecta! (2002–2009) and portraying Keith Lemon in several ITV shows including Celebrity Juice (2008–present), Through the Keyhole (2013–2019), and The Keith Lemon Sketch Show (2015–2016). Francis was born in Beeston, Leeds, West Riding of Yorkshire, on 30 April 1973, and was brought up on a council estate in Old Farnley, Leeds. His father died aged 47 of cancer. Francis attended Farnley Park High School (now The Farnley Academy). He later studied at Jacob Kramer College and received a qualification in graphic design. Before making his major television breakthrough, he was discovered and encouraged by television presenter Davina McCall, performing in-role stand-up comedy in a southern comedy club. McCall landed Francis his first television role on Dom and Kirk's Nite O' Plenty, where he portrayed Bobby Stark, a man who gives tips on how to win over the ladies. The series aired on Paramount Television from January to July 1996. Francis' second television role was as Barry Gibson, a music paparazzo, featured on the early series of Channel 4's Popworld. Francis also starred as various characters, including Gibson, Keith Lemon and Avid Merrion in the series Whatever I Want, which aired late night on ITV in 2000.

Stewart Francis is a Canadian comedian, actor and writer. In addition to his work in Canada and the US, he frequently tours in the UK and appears on British television. Both of Francis' parents are British. Francis was born in Saint Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto, and attended Eatonville Junior School, in Etobicoke. Francis delivers a deadpan performance with many one-liners. Francis has headlined all over North America and the United Kingdom. He has also performed in numerous venues worldwide, including Hong Kong, South Africa, and throughout Europe. On 6 June 2009 he performed on the Edinburgh section of Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow. Francis was the support act for Ricky Gervais on his Science tour, performing in such places as Portsmouth Guildhall, New Theatre, Oxford, Brighton Centre and the O2 Arena in Dublin in late 2009 and early 2010. He has also made 12 appearances on popular British panel show Mock the Week. He appeared on Live at the Apollo on 9 December 2010 and 14 December 2012. In 2012 he won the annual award for the funniest joke of the Edinburgh Fringe. He announced his final standup tour will take place during 2018 and 2019. His final stand up appearance was on 7 December 2019.
