Rhino was undergoing trial simultaneously with a trial against Spider-Man who was defended by Jennifer Walters. When the judge issued a guilty verdict against Rhino, Rhino freed himself from the handcuffs and broke through the courtroom to escape but ended up in the very room where Spider-Man was tried. This caused both Spider-Man and She-Hulk to intervene and by collaborating together they defeated and captured Rhino.[1]
Later, Rhino was used as a bait to bring Spider-Man out into the open so Bullseye could eliminate him but both were defeated by Spider-Man, the Rhino making him collide against a high voltage panel
