Albert G. Tendelli was a good cop caught in the middle of corruption. In 1979, Tendelli held a press conference, where he suggested that some "crazy daredevil" could hurt the mobsters, in a way regular cops couldn't. Tendelli wasn't aware off it, but a young Matt Murdock stood among the reporters and was inspired by his speech to become Daredevil.
