Albert Poole was a scientist who invented an atomic disintegrator that he used on himself and managed to walk on water. Intent on becoming rich, he used his new ability to steal secret plans for the defense of the United States that were stored on a yacht. Albert Poole was a scientist who worked for Harry Brown Poole would invennt technology but Harry would take all the fame and wealth for its discovery. Poole invented a Time Machine and gained the courage to stand up to Harry and demand the credit for it. In response, Harry stole the Time Machine but was unable to control the device without Poole.
