He was one of the Squadron Supreme clones made by Dr. Mortimer Dauoi.[1] After the lockdown was activated he went down the nuclear waste chute, using it he finds his way to a near by town through the nuclear power plant. He goes on to infect most of the town, and cause total mayhem, before the sheriff called in a nuclear strike, he was destroyed For some reason unlike the other zombies he has a taste for flesh that has been irradiated. This is shown when he ate the Project Pegasus nuclear disposal team and people who worked at the plant.
