Acari was a powerful entity who took the form of a cosmic storm to attack inhabited planets in the hopes of luring someone powerful for him to feast upon. When one of his attacks got the attention of Groot and his friends Dawn Greenwood and the Silver Surfer, Acari had a taste of the Power Cosmic wielded by the Silver Surfer and tried to feed on the rest. However, his plan was thwarted by the combined efforts of Groot and the Silver Surfer, who managed to ground his electric behind.

Ace was a young girl who was put to work at the Seattle Core. On arrival, she met Illyana Rasputin, who taught Ace how to survive in the Core.[1] One of the supervisors was upset with how fast she was working and pushed her off a cliff. Fortunately, that was the same day that Generation Next had come to liberate Illyana. Mondo was there to catch her. However, it is likely that Ace was killed shortly after in the ensuing riots, along with most of Generation Next.
