King The Conflagration is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, One of Kaido's three closest Confidants. He is part of an extinct race that as yet to be identify and possesses an ancient zoan type devil fruit: Ryu Ryu no Mi, model: Pteranodon. (Dragon Dragon Fruit, Pteranodon model).
Shiryu the Rain is the former warden of Impel Down. Imprisoned in his own jail for slaughtering prisoners for sport. He became a member of the Blackbeard Pirates.
