Mechanically nearly identical to an E-Class, the CLS pioneered the "four-door coupe" styling that has spread across the automotive landscape.
It was never officially exported to the United States, but the "R32" was the first GT-R with all-wheel drive and the 2.6-liter turbo-6. Its legend couldn't be confined to Japan.
