Though it never sold in huge numbers, this was the first import capable of being modified to make (and withstand) 1,000 horsepower.
It was just a Le Mans with a big 389 V8 under its hood, some fancy redecoration on its flanks and a name stolen from Ferrari. It was the first of the muscle cars.
