The AC Ace was a boring English sports car with a half-hearted Bristol engine. Carroll Shelby put the small-block Ford V8 in it and created a legend.
It was never officially exported to the United States, but the "R32" was the first GT-R with all-wheel drive and the 2.6-liter turbo-6. Its legend couldn't be confined to Japan.
