Japanese Anime One Piece characters: "Big Pan" VS "Bimine"

Big Pan is the largest member of the Foxy Pirates and a combatant of the Groggy Monsters. He is a wotan, a half fish-man (loach fish-man[3]) half giant breed.[1] Due to his actions, he is a major antagonist during the Long Ring Long Land Arc. Big Pan is a gigantic Wotan that towers over the other Foxy Pirates. From his fish-man half, he has slippery mudfish skin, sharp teeth, and an orange dorsal fin. From his giant half, he has orange hair and beard, and incredible size. He is however smaller than a regular giant. He generally wears yellow swim briefs, boots, and gloves together with a Foxy Pirate mask. During Groggy Ring matches, he wears the strap-on ball.

Bimine[3] is the mayor of "gourmet town", Pucci.[2] He was first mentioned when the town Pucci was brought up by Iceburg.[2] He was mentioned again when his daughter Marumieta was brought up. Bimine is a portly man with wavy, neck-length, light-colored hair and a mustache. He wears a light-colored suit with a dark undershirt, a bow-tie, and a tall dark hat with his name on it. Little is known about Bimine’s personality, but he cares greatly for his daughter[4] and most likely has leader-like qualities, being the mayor of Pucci.
