Japanese Anime One Piece characters: "Rakuda" Vs "Rakuyo"
Rakuda
Rakuda is a large and muscular man with long and bushy dark hair gathered into a topknot. He wears a kimono with a dark flame-shaped design on the bottom and has a tattoo on his upper right arm. He has two scars, one on the right side of his head and the other on his right forearm. Rakuda appears to be a blunt man who got angry when recalling how the blueprints of Kaido's fortress were stolen from him. However, he appears to be a greedy thief himself, as he took the blueprints from Tokijiro after realizing their value. At some point in the past, Rakuda saw that Tokijiro had the blueprints of Kaido's fortress on Onigashima. Realizing they could sell for a lot of money, he took the blueprints.
